LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law Mission Statement

Santa Clara Law welcomes graduates of American law schools¹ who have little or no academic or practical background in intellectual property law and want to secure the specialized academic grounding they need to enter this challenging, specialized area of the law. We also welcome candidates with experience in this area, but who seek a deeper understanding and an opportunity to sharpen their existing levels of specialization.
