Stephen Smith has served as law clerk to Hon. Richard A. Enslen of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and was attorney-advisor to the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges. Smith was subsequently associated with the law firms Pillsbury Winthrop and Skjerven Morrill.
