Nikki Pope


Biography

Nikki Pope is a native of Brookhaven, Mississippi but prides herself on a rather nomadic existence before moving to the Bay Area (for the third time!). She counts among her “hometowns” Chicago, New York, Paris and Vienna.

 

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Pope was a marketing professional in various industries including consumer package goods, telecommunications, digital technologies and software.

 

Ms. Pope began her legal career as a trial attorney in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., after which she joined the Palo Alto office of Cooley Godward LLP (now Cooley LLP) where she had a general corporate practice counseling early stage private companies and public companies.

 

Ms. Pope is a member of the California and U.S. Supreme Court Bar Associations, a member of the advisory board of the Northern California Innocence Project, and on the board of directors of Moving Train, Inc., a non-profit corporation supporting the work of documentary filmmakers.
