Ellen Platt joined the staff of the Heafey Law Library at Santa Clara University as the Director of Public Services in 1997, and currently holds the position of Senior Reference Librarian and Associate Librarian of Heafey Library. Her duties at Santa Clara include coordinating the faculty liaison services and general reference support of LARAW and other law school community research needs. She is also heavily involved in campus activities and serves on several committees as a staff representative. Prior to joining the faculty at Santa Clara, Platt worked as a reference librarian, and then head of reference, at Marquette University Law Library in Milwaukee, Wis.
