Mr. Mosemann teaches legal writing at Santa Clara and coordinates the legal writing program at Hastings. He practiced law in Pennsylvania at a large firm immediately following law school, and after moving to California in 2005, he has represented students in special education cases, primarily in the East Bay. He received his JD from Temple University, his MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and his BA in Math from NYU. Prior to obtaining his graduate degrees, he taught math and English as a second language in Massachusetts, Japan, New Zealand, and the Czech Republic.
