Susan Cleary Morse
Research Assistant Professor
Susan Cleary Morse served as a member and primary editor of the Harvard Law Review and clerked for the Hon. Michael Boudin of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She spent seven years practicing at Ropes & Gray, Boston and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Palo Alto. Her practice focused on the federal income tax treatment of large public and other corporate transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and public and private financings. Her research interests include taxpayer behavior and international tax.
