Mr. Mills has served as the Family Court Settlement Officer with the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Family Law Division since 2005. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist. He is experienced in mediation of matters ranging from family law to community disputes and is a former senior mediator for the University of California Santa Cruz Extension Common Ground Program. He has presented family law and alternate dispute resolution programs for the Santa Clara County Superior Court, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the ABA.
