Susan A. Mayer
Ms. Mayer practiced employment and labor law at Pillsbury Madison for four years. Her work there included client counseling in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity, government compliance (including advising clients regarding affirmative action matters, writing affirmative action plans, and assisting clients with government audits), the American's with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, and wage and hour regulations. Ms. Mayer has taught at Santa Clara University School of Law since 1992. She has taught several courses including Labor Law, Wills, Advanced Legal Writing, Remedies and Community Property. In addition, Ms. Mayer has taught undergraduate business law at San Jose State University and an undergraduate elder law course at Santa Clara University.
