Carol J. Marshall is a full time neutral with a lengthy background in civil litigation. After serving several years as in-house counsel, she became the statewide Head of Litigation for a major business entity. She subsequently went into private practice, offering both litigation and dispute resolution services until 2005 when she decided to devote her practice exclusively to the resolution of conflict using alternatives to litigation. In addition to her mediation and arbitration practice, Ms. Marshall teaches mediation and other dispute resolution courses at law schools and in other graduate level programs throughout the Bay Area.
