Socrates Peter Manoukian has been a Judge of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County for the past 13 years. He has presided over both civil and criminal trials from juvenile delinquency to the appellate division of Superior court. Mr. Manoukian has been an instructor at the California Center for Judicial Education and Research teaching courses in Criminal Felony Pretrial Procedure. He is married to Hon. Patricia Bamattre-Manoukian, Associate Justice, California Court of Appeals, Sixth Appellate District. They have three children.
