Prior Appointments

Previously associate professor, Washington University School of Law; lecturer and head teaching fellow at Stanford Law School; adjunct instructor, University of Kansas School of Law; and was a research assistant on the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Papers Project.

Areas of Specialization

Tax and constitutional law.

Notes

He was a judicial clerk for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, United States Supreme Court beginning July 1999, and served as clerk to Justice O’Connor for October Term 1999. He was also a judicial clerk for Judge Deanell Reece Tacha, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from 1994 to 1995.
