Madison C. Jellins
Madison Jellins is a member of the Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on patent litigation and strategic counseling for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients and appellate matters before the Federal Circuit.
Ms. Jellins has extensive experience in life sciences and pharmaceutical patent and regulatory issues, including the FDA approval process for BLAs, NDAs, ANDAs and § 505(b)(2) applications, ANDA litigation strategy and the developing area of biosimilars. She frequently speaks and publishes on Hatch-Waxman and biosimilar issues.
Ms. Jellins also specializes in appellate matters before the Federal Circuit. She clerked for the Hon. Helen W. Nies, former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Jellins frequently lectures on Federal Circuit case law developments.
