David Greenspan has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. He currently serves as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at THQ Inc., one of the largest 3rd party video game publishers in the world where his primary focus is on negotiating and drafting licensing and distribution agreements and dealing with legal issues involving the marketing of games.

He previously worked in Business Affairs at Midway Games where he focused primarily on business development and obtaining licenses for video games. Prior to working at Midway, Mr. Greenspan worked as the Director of Legal and Business Affairs for 989 Studios, the game development arm of Sony Computer Entertainment America. At 989, he was involved in over 30 games including million unit sellers such as Syphonfilter, Cool Boarders, Everquest and NFL GameDay. His responsibilities included negotiating and drafting game development, licensing and distribution agreements as well as overseeing all legal issues in the development and marketing of 989's games. Previously, Mr. Greenspan was Director of Legal Affairs for Trimark Interactive/Trimark Pictures and the Director of Legal and Business Affairs for Troma, Inc., an independent motion picture production and distribution company.

Mr. Greenspan has taught classes covering entertainment law, licensing and video games. He also has written law articles on the entertainment and sports industries.
