His clients include life sciences and other technology companies from start-up through large multinational. He has advised on over 40 IPO?s and 300 acquisition, merger, joint venture and reorganization transactions. He is a specialist in M&A transactions, having served a tour of duty as an M&A partner in the firm's national office. He is the firm's national tax leader for the life sciences industry.
