Elizabeth Manassau

Elizabeth Manassau was born and raised in the Bay Area and attended DeAnza College and San Jose State University to complete a Bachelor degree in English Literature.  Ms. Manassau attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated with Pro Bono Honors.

Ms. Manassau established her own firm, Manassau Law Offices, P.C., straight out of law school in 2005.  Her law practice offers legal representation for small business counseling and incorporations, civil and domestic violence restraining orders, family law, estate/trust/probate law, and bankruptcy law.  Ms. Manassau is an active member of the Santa Clara County Bar, Diversity Committee, and Board of Trustees.  She volunteers regularly for Santa Clara County Family Court as a Temporary Judge for mandatory settlement conferences before trial and settlement officer conferences.  She is also on the Santa Clara County Court appointed list for minor’s counsel to represent children in family and probate court.  Ms. Manassau is a member of the faculty at University of Phoenix and teaches Business Law and Business Ethics at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Ms. Manassau has been nominated in both Super Lawyer magazine and San Francisco magazine a “Rising Star Super Lawyer” for years 2013 through 2017.
