Robert W. Cullen is an Adjunct Law Professor and Mediator. He practiced law for 20 years and was a shareholder and managing partner of Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel, Inc., a large San Jose based law firm. He is now a mediator and arbitrator. He specializes in negotiation and mediation strategy as well as leadership for lawyers. He has taught at Santa Clara for 10 years. He developed and teaches the nation’s first semester long law course on leadership and is the author of an upcoming book on Leadership for Lawyers due out in 2008.
