Chelsea Bonini

Chelsea founded Kiski Law, P.C. in 2010 after working with McQuaid, Bedford & Van Zandt and HiTech Law, P.C. (2001-2008) and with Hanson Bridgett LLP (2008-2010). Chelsea earned her J.D. at the University of California Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001. Chelsea has also been licensed as a Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate since 2011.

At Kiski Law, Chelsea counsels businesses, entrepreneurs, consultants, engineers and investors on wide array of business and transactional matters, including entity formation, governance, allocation of equity, funding, protection of assets, and negotiation of key agreements, alliances and acquisitions, allowing her clients to maintain focus on the development and growth of their ventures.

Chelsea is the current Chief Legal Officer for Conscious Inclusion Company, and she previously served as In House Corporate Counsel for Lundberg Family Farms, where she was responsible for reviewing all internal legal matters for the research & development, agricultural, farming, finance, business, sales, marketing, administration, and manufacturing departments, as well as interfacing with outside counsel on various litigation and transactional matters.

In November 2020, Chelsea was elected to serve on the San Mateo County Board of Education. She also serves as a Commissioner in San Mateo County on both the Commission on Disabilities and the Behavioral Health Commission, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for NAMI San Mateo County, a nonprofit dedicated to serving and advocating for persons with mental illness and their families.
