Handled thousands of cases and tried (as attorney or judge) 100+ jury and court trials. Adjunct Professor for Trial Techniques as Santa Clara University School of Law. Instructor for all aspects of civil and criminal trials. Taught/lectured at multiple District Attorney Offices, the California District Attorney Association (CDAA), Stanford University School of Law, Santa Clara University School of Law, San Jose State University, and Evergreen College Police Academy. Ethics instructor for CDAA, San Diego DA's Office, Santa Clara DA's Office, and civil firms. Panelist for CEB "Experts In Trial".
