Ms. Bauer-Kahan is currently an Associate with O'Melveny & Meyers. She has worked on all aspects of litigation including researching legal issues, drafting pleadings and memoranda of law, advising clients, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery and interviewing witnesses. She has mentored, managed and trained junior attorneys and summer associates in legal analysis, research and writing. Ms. Bauer-Kahan has represented high-tech clients in intellectual property cases including copyright, trademark and trade secrets actions. She has conducted internal investigations of corporate policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in the context of state end federal enforcement actions.
