Professor Anderson's experience includes prosecution and defense of claims arising out of and relating to design-construction projects (including power generation, manufacturing, transportation, building and infrastructure projects), and federal and state government contracts (construction, supply and services) including development and analysis and litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation of claims on behalf of contractors, consultants and owners. Negotiation and review of design-construction contracts on behalf of contractors, major suppliers and owners including power generation, manufacturing, transportation, building and infrastructure facilities.
