Tentative Schedule
Santa Clara Law welcomes representatives of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including members of the Office of Patent Quality and administrative patent judges from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, to a full day conference on recent initiatives to enhance patent quality and PTAB proceedings.
The conference will conclude with a live PTAB hearing in Ariosa v. Illumina (IPR 2014-01093) (pending approval).

Pre-registration is required and available until COB Tuesday, August 18, 2015.
Refund will be made only if cancellation is received by AIPLA no later than August 14, 2015 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 703-415-0786. No refunds or credit will be issues for cancellations received after August 14, 2015.
