Additional information

(1) Use of Registration Form/Fact Sheet: This form will be used in workshop exercises with other DPC student participants and faculty members.  Please keep that in mind when completing this form and make every effort to provide your colleagues with information that will assist them to work with you on your case.  The more thoughtful the information provided, the more useful for your workshops.

(2) Registration guaranteed only if paid in full.

(3) Space is limited:  Admission to the DPC is generally on a first come, first serve basis.  You must have a pending death penalty case to be eligible to attend. 

(4) Cancellations and Refunds:  Cancellations accepted, please notify us ASAP if you must cancel.  Full refunds issued only with one weeks notice.

(5) Co-counsels: Co-counsels may sign up and attend.  However, since space is limited, we may request you to choose one of the two counsels to attend on behalf of your client. 

(6) Attend DPC in a prior year? Welcome back.  We are glad to have returning alumni for new cases.  However, first time students are given priority. 

(7) Dorm accommodations: The program tuition includes a single private dorm room for each participant in a small suite of 4 dorm rooms.  The conditions and amenities are basic, but they do provide linens, blankets and towels.

(8) Recommended packing:  Please be sure to bring your own toiletries. The dorm rooms have no clocks, so bring something to be sure you are up for an early start. Classrooms are usually air conditioned, be sure to bring a sweatshirt or sweater.
