Diversity at Santa Clara Law

Santa Clara University is committed to maintaining a safe living and learning environment. This is achieved in part by responding to the individual needs of students, faculty, and staff and addressing issues that impact the campus community. This website provides access to multiple reporting forms for collecting information about issues impacting students, faculty, and staff and/or the community as a whole.

The Office of Student Life receives reports regarding Academic Integrity, General Student Misconduct, and Students of Concern and responds promptly. In some cases, the Office of student Life will work with another campus department(s) to coordinate the appropriate response.

The Office of EEO and Title IX receives reports regarding Bias Incident and/or Hate Crime, and Harassment, Discrimination, Sexual Misconduct, and Retaliation and responds promptly. In some cases, the Office of EEO and Title IX will work with another campus department(s) to coordinate the appropriate response.

Santa Clara University encourages individuals who have knowledge of criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of the University’s policies to speak with their supervisor, the Department of Human Resources, the Office of the General Counsel, or the EEO & Title IX Office. The University acknowledges however, that there may be individuals who would like to report such issues anonymously. Santa Clara University has selected EthicsPoint to provide a simple and direct way to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of the University’s policies.
