Course Description:

Globalization is a fact of life in the modern world. One result of globalization is that every lawyer who practices law in the twenty-first century must be prepared to handle transnational legal problems. This course is designed to provide students the primary analytical tools they will need to address modern, transnational legal problems. The course provides a basic introduction to both public and private international law. (3 units)
