Indianapolis Bar Association Diversity Bar Fair: July 26-27, 2012

 

The Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA) cordially invites fall 2012, 2L law students (graduating May 2014) to participate in the IBA Diversity Job Fair. We are seeking candidates who represent all aspects of diversity, who are looking for a one-of-a-kind legal community in a Midwestern city that has both cosmopolitan style and small-town charm.

Student registration is now open! There is no fee for students to register for the IBA Diversity Job Fair. After the student submits his/her registration, an automatically-generated password will be provided, which will enable him/her to use the system throughout



 

Vault/MCCA Legal Diversity Career Fair: July 27, 2012

 

The Vault/MCCA Legal Diversity Career Fair (Washington, D.C.) will provide minority, female, GLBT and candidates with disabilities the opportunity to meet and network with recruiters from law firms, government agencies, corporate law departments and nonprofit organizations who are firmly committed to increasing diversity in the legal profession.

8th Annual Bay Area Diversity Career Fair: July 28, 2012

 

The Bay Area Diversity Career Fair attracts hiring representatives from the Bay Area's most prominent law firms and government legal departments. Only rising 2L law students who will have completed their first year of law school by the time of interviews are eligible to participate.

A welcome cocktail reception for applicants and employers will be held on Friday, July 27, 2012 at The Orrick Building, 405 Howard Street, San Francisco, California.

15th Annual San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association Bay Area Job Fair: July 29, 2012

Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair: August 3-4, 2012

 

The 2012 Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair (HDLJF) will be held August 3-4, 2012, in Kansas City, Missouri. Last year, Kansas City played host to nearly 100 students from over 40 Law Schools from across the nation who had the opportunity to interview with 15 area law firms, organizations and government agencies. All 2L (Graduating in 2014) and 3L (Graduating in 2013) Law Students and Recent Law Grads (Graduating in 2012) are invited to participate.

National LGBT Bar Association's Annual Lavender Law® Career Fair: August 23-25, 2012

 

Each year, the LGBT Bar hosts the only national career fair and legal education conference for LGBT law students. The LGBT Bar will host the 24th such conference on August 23-25, 2012 in Washington, D.C. The 2008 Career Fair and Conference featured 169 recruiters and over 590 students from across the country. The Lavender Law® Career Fair kicks off with a panel of legal practitioners with experience working in government, non-profit, small and large firms. The panel will be guided by a law career services professional will discuss the tools, considerations and critical aspects to find, research and evaluate LGBT-friendly employers in each of these legal arenas. Over 500 candidates and 130 recruiters representing law firms, government agencies and non-profit organizations interested in diversity were present at the 2011 career fair in Hollywood.

 

 

Hispanic National Bar Association Latino Job Fair: August 24, 2012

 

For law students, young and seasoned attorneys and Convention attendees, the Career Fair provides a tremendous opportunity to meet and network with other leading Latino attorneys and employers from across the country.
