Virtual On-Campus Interviews (VOCI)
The Office of Career Management invites employers to conduct virtual on-campus interviews (VOCI) of our law students throughout the year. For some employers, this can be an efficient process for interviewing our students. We have two different programs:

VOCI: Key Dates & Registration Information
Please note that we are using 12Twenty for VOCI registration. If you already have a username and password, you may use this same information for our system. To create a new account, please click on “Sign-up for an account.” Click here to log-in and register.

August 2024 Virtual OCIs (On-Campus Interviews):

| 5/31/24 | Deadline for employer registration – by 5:00 p.m. PST |
| Mid to late June | Spring 2024 grades expected |
| 7/3/24 | Employers receive applications @ 12 noon PST |
| 7/10/24 | Last day for Employers to select students to interview @ 5:00 p.m. PST |
| 7/17/24 | Interview schedules provided to employers @ 9:00 a.m. PST |

Fees
| Private firms (101 + attorneys) | $450.00 |
| Private firms (51 to 100 attorneys) | $375.00 |
| Private firms (1 to 50 attorneys) | $225.00 |
| Corporations | $375.00 |
| Government & non-profit organizations | $0.00 |
| First time participants | $0.00 |
Cancellation policy: If you must cancel your VOCI, please do so by May 31, 2024. For cancellation requests after this date, no refund will be available. Thank you!

Resume Collection Services
If you would like resumes delivered to you all at one time, we are happy to arrange a resume collection for you. Follow the registration process for August 2024 VOCI or Ad-Hoc VOCI sign-ups to request a resume collect in lieu of a VOCI.
Ad-Hoc OCI
