The Santa Clara High Tech Law Journal is a progressive legal publication that has continued to maintain a strong presence after 30 years. We are in a unique position to host this important colloquium on government policy impacting sharing economy Internet companies, and provide a framework for timely discussion of relevant legal issues and solutions. This keynote series will host representatives from the U.S. legislature, DOJ of CA, SF Mayors Office, Twitter, Uber and Airbnb.
This is a CLE accredited event, and informative for lawyers and advisors interested in learning more about the trends in government policy impacting social Internet commerce, and to receive insight from policy writers and attorneys from the top companies in this emerging space. We also encourage academics, policy advocates, entrepreneurs and law students to attend.
