What is the NEXT BIG THING when it comes to technology and the teaching and then practice of law? Students here at SCU Law spend a lot of time in class, and will eventually spend a lot of time doing the work for which they have so diligently prepared themselves. But what kinds of technological tools will be at their disposal at the next stage? What is on the horizon? The answer? We're just not sure, but we're trying to figure it out.

With the soon-to-be released Apple iPad and its already mind-boggling pre-order numbers, it's time to look again at such devices - ranging from the JooJoo Pad, which is all web-based to the iPad (with an operating system) to a TabletPC (which is almost old school at this point). Viruses on Macs - a dangerous myth

As far back as 2006 and very recently with the release of OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard), Apple has made claims that their computers are not affected by viruses at all. Not just infected less than PC's, but essentially immune. This is a very dangerous myth that Apple is perpetuating, and something that users should take with a giant rock of salt.
