Tomorrow, February 7, 2012, is the day. The Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has just announced that it will release its opinion by 10:00 AM California time.

This is the Perry v. Brown case, in which plaintiffs argue that Proposition 8 of the California Constitution, limiting marriage to one man and one woman, violates the Fourteenth Amendment of the Federal Constitution.
