I hope this email finds you well and you are enjoying your long holiday break. Please read this message in its entirety for crucial information regarding the spring refunds for qualifying students with credit balances.

The first disbursement of financial aid will be Dec. 30th and again on Jan. 3rd, upon our return from the holiday break.

We will open the refund request page, after aid posts on Jan. 3, to allow eligible students to begin requesting the maximum $3,000 pre-qualified refund amount. You will receive an email when this page is available. We will process all requests on January 6th, no earlier.

PLEASE NOTE: The amount shown on the refund page will be your actual credit amount, so it will most likely be much larger than the $3k allotment. It does not matter if you choose the entire amount or change it to $3K, we will only refund up to the maximum of $3,000, as we did in Fall.

VERY IMPORTANT: The refund request page will only be available until NOON ON Friday, January 6TH. After that time, we will begin processing all approved refunds and close the request page.

Since all programs [Law, Graduate and Undergraduate] are beginning at the same time in January, we will be unable to open the request page and process any further refunds until our regular refund schedule, which will begin the 2nd week of the term. So we encourage you to request your refund when prompted.
