We have had a couple problems with computers this exam period.
Please, please, please check your computer before your exam.
Launch your Examsoft . . .
Make sure it's working . . .
Make sure you have upgraded to version 11 - last years version won't work with this years exam templates!
If you have questions, please go to the help desk in the lounge mail room!
