You should have:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of California Workers' Compensation Defense
* Experience before the WCAB
* Good dictation and computer skills (and electronic billing, preferably Prolaw)
* Trial and doctor deposition experience
* Expertise in old and new rating schedules
* Knowledge of current WC caselaw and the Labor Code
