Position Description:

The Palo Alto office of Morgan Lewis, an international law firm with some 1,400 attorneys in 24 offices, seeks a highly qualified junior to mid-level associate with law firm experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in representing employers in defending employment litigation, with an emphasis on single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour class and collective actions, and other complex employment litigation. Candidates must possess excellent academic credential as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.  Morgan Lewis values collegiality and diversity among their lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding.  California Bar membership is required.
