12-1 pm: The New Legal Climate and What It Means for Today’s Job Seekers B127

Due to recent economic changes, the legal profession has experienced drastic shifts in the configuration of legal service delivery models. This program will focus on talent acquisition, retention and outsourcing practices law firms and corporations are using to address their evolving needs. Our panel of legal recruiters and hiring partners will provide insight into the positions for which attorneys are being hired, the economic forces influencing their decisions and will focus on the skills and experiences law students should obtain to successfully market themselves for the new normal of the job market.
