GLOBAL EQUITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Description: Seeking a junior associate (Class of 2010 or 2011) to work with our highly respected global equity compensation team of attorneys in our San Francisco office. Would work primarily with U.S. multinational issuers on compliance issues for equity-based compensation programs. Working with attorneys in other Firm offices, provide advice regarding U.S. and non-U.S. tax, securities, labor, exchange control, data privacy and other legal requirements. Experience in the area of executive compensation is helpful, but not crucial. Tax and corporate experience is also a plus. Large law firm experience is preferred. Must have J.D. or LL.M. with superior academic credentials from a top tier law school, excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. CA Bar is required to apply.
