Summer Corps Applications Open March 1st

Summer Corps is an AmeriCorps-funded program that will provide law students with the opportunity to earn a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award for dedicating their summer to a qualifying legal project at a nonprofit public interest organization. Summer Corps applicants must be a current student at an Equal Justice Works member law school. Summer Corps members may also serve at organizations that currently host Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellows and traditional Equal Justice Works Fellows.

Mr. Cohen's practice focuses on the representation of large developers and builders in all aspects of construction litigation claims including claims for defective construction, insurance coverage disputes, and personal injury matters. As part of his work in these areas, Mr. Cohen has participated in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery matters, law and motion, mediation, and trial preparation.
Mr. Cohen received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002. While in law school, Mr. Cohen served as Comments Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review.
