Charles Comey
Chuck Comey is a corporate finance partner in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office. Before relocating to Silicon Valley in July 2010, he opened and served as Managing Partner of the firm's Shanghai office for seven years, and worked on the ground both in China and Japan for over 16 years. As co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s China Private Equity Group, he advises clients on venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances, as well as RMB fund formation and Cleantech and Life Sciences matters. He also counsels public companies on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues.


Dana Haviland
Dana Haviland is a Silicon Valley arbitrator and mediator specializing in international commercial and technology-related disputes, with over 25 years experience. Her arbitration practice began in Paris, as counsel for multinationals and governments in international trade and investment disputes. The technology focus evolved during her years as a partner at Wilson Sonsini. As counsel for tech companies, and as an independent arbitrator, she has handled international and domestic business and intellectual property disputes involving Internet commerce, biotechnology, medical devices, computer technology, telecommunications, mergers, licensing, financing, and securities.


William R. Black
William Black has spent over 20 years as a transactional lawyer and General Counsel of multinational public companies in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia, as well as over 10 years as an executive manager in the financial services and consulting industries. His major practice areas include securities, cross border acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, commercial and government contracts, intellectual property, labor and employment, and business, commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
