Carter & Momsen is interested in hiring an associate attorney who has recently graduated from a quality California law school.  Their ideal candidate will be interested in a broad, general practice in the small Northern California town of Ukiah, Mendocino County.  The firm's practice consists of litigation and transactional work in the areas of real property, corporate/partnership, administrative/land use, environmental and general commercial law.  It is truly a "general" practice and their associates receive a broad and interesting variety of work at an early point in their career compared to those at big firms in urban center.  Their practice does not normally include criminal, family, or probate law.

Carter & Momsen is AV-rated and tries to provide very high quality legal services.  They are interested in an associate, preferably already a member of the Bar, that graduated near the top of his or her class and is interested in living in a small, rural town such as Ukiah.  Starting salary is negotiable.
