Professor Colleen Chien will be participating in a roundtable hosted by the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, on May 26, 2010, at the Office's headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. The workshop will address the interaction between patent policy and competition policy as part of ongoing joint work by the agencies in this area.
