Other litigation discussed in the article includes suits against Facebook and Google. Among those quoted in the article are Andrea Matwyshyn and Jeffrey Rosen. Ms. Matwyshyn, of the Wharton School, has posted several articles on SSRN. Several of them have also been published in law journals. Mr. Rosen is from George Washington University. His articles appear in law reviews and in The New Republic, where he is legal editor. He was the keynote speaker at the Santa Clara Law Review’s 2009 symposium on Big Business and the Roberts Court.
