Something to Read between Exams
December 07, 2010 at 8:40 PM

There are two articles in the December 2010 issue of the ABA Journal which you might find a welcome break from exams, currently in progress.

“Harmless Error?” by Mark Curriden is about the Northern California Innocence Project here at Santa Clara Law and the recently released study: Preventable Error: A Report on Prosecutorial Misconduct in California: 1997-2009.

"Our 100 Favorite Blawgs" by Molly McDonough and Sarah Randag is an annual list. The authors have used a portion of the ABA Journal website to set up a poll. You have until the close of business on December 30th to vote there for your favorite blogs, but you’ll have to register before you can vote. The page links to a continually updated Blawg Directory, described as “comprehensive” and “continually updated.” You might want to wait until exams are over to take a look at that.
