As a world leader in cyber and virtual law, Santa Clara is embarking on a new initiative within the virtual world, Second Life. Today, from 6pm-8pm there will be a "virtual" admissions event at Santa Clara Island in Second Life. Santa Clara Law is the nation's first law school to host an admissions event in an online environment. Other law schools, such as Harvard and Stanford, have created presences in Second Life, but Santa Clara will be the first to host an admissions event there.
