BLOG COMMENTS POLICY
SCU Law makes blogging software available in order to enrich the learning environment at the law school and to facilitate communication among members of the law school community. In order to ensure that SCU Law blogs remain focused on these purposes, all SCU Law blog comments are moderated, which means that this blog’s authors will review and approve all comments before the comments appear on the blog.

Comments should directly address the issues and topics discussed in the post. The authors of this blog will not approve off-topic comments for posting. We will not post spam or comments that attempt to advertise products or services of any kind. We will not post comments that contain rude, profane, defamatory, insulting, or uncivil language. If someone submits comments that violate any of the above rules, we may ban all future comments from that individual.
