If you already have an account on Twitter, you may be interested in registering with the new Twitter-based service, TweetLaw. It aggregates Twitter feeds from registered users, and is aimed exclusively towards the legal community. You can registered under "lawyers", "law students", "legal librarians", and a variety of other categories. It may be a great way to network with other legal professionals.
Also, be sure to follow the Twitter feed for SCU Law at: http://twitter.com/santaclaralaw
The website, Social Media Law Student, has also collated a collection of Twitter-based applications that may be of interest.
