McDonald v. City of Chicago
March 02, 2010 at 11:14 AM
Third-year Georgetown law student and blogger Mike Sacks camped out yesterday and last night at the U.S. Supreme Court for a ticket to attend today’s oral argument in McDonald v. City of Chicago. He drew the attention of NY Times Supreme Court reporter Adam Liptak (Tailgating at the Supreme Court, without the cars). For additional details, see Sacks’s blog First One @ One First. Georgetown’s Spring break isn’t until next week, but Sacks arranged his schedule without morning classes this semester.
On a more serious note, the transcript of today's oral argument is available at the Supreme Court webpage and the C-Span webpage.
