The librarians at the Heafey Law Library have created a new browser plugin for both Firefox and IE that searches library materials.  This plugin allows users to search the library catalog without having to navigate to it, and links content from web pages to the catalog.  For example, if you are looking at a page and discover an interesting citation, you can drag and drop it onto the LibX toolbar and it will search the catalog for you.  Additionally, if there is an author's name or ISSN number in the text of a webpage a small SCU icon which be placed next to it.  This is a link that will search for that term/number in the catalog.
