The California Office of Legislative Counsel has released a new public website, which includes:
 

• Daily updates
• The Today’s Law as Amended feature, which shows how bills would change current California law
• Code sections dating back to 1989
• Improved search engines, which now allow Boolean searching
• A subscription feature, providing notice of changes in a bill’s status
  and more

There are plans to add PDFs of California bills in the future, but for now, these PDFs are still available at the old legislative website. Thank you to Dragomir Cosanici at the Office of Legislative Counsel for information about the website change.
