Google Scholar provides access to state and federal reporters as well as law reviews. Click on "legal opinions and journals” on the Google Scholar home page or use the "advanced scholar search.” I entered: kelo new london (see previous posting). Hits were arranged to list the U.S. Supreme Court case first, followed by the Connecticut Supreme court decision, followed by multiple law review articles.
