The database can be searched by subject area, treaty, case name, respondent state or arbitrator. Leaving all these search boxes empty produces a complete list of cases. An attached Analytical Report of cases under NAFTA, CAFTA, the ECT and bilateral investment treaties classifies these cases according to region, state and treaty type.
