The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe has 56 participating states in Europe, Central Asia, and North America and maintains formal relations with several states in Asia and the Mediterranean. It maintains specialized online databases on various topics. Those addressing human rights issues are:
Legislationline – A free online database of national human rights legislation, intended as a guide to drafting (available in English and Russian)
TANDIS – Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Information System -- which contains documents on tolerance and non-discrimination from OSCE member states, IGOs, NGOs. Organized by issue and by country (OSCE states).
